Setting Yourself Up for Jumping Success w/ a Perfect Approach... (Video)

Hey Jumpers,

As promised, I've got another quick video for you this week. The topic this time is the approach. When I first started jumping I had no clue what the approach was for. I could jump higher running in circles and then jumping rather than using the "curve" I learned.

Had I known the simple tips I cover is this video, I would have been a lot better a lot sooner.

Also, I wanted to apologize for the site being down for nearly 3 days last week. Lots of frustration from those shenanigans. Anyhow, because of that I wasn't able to get the DVD's ready as I mentioned in the PS of last week's email.
